Confluent is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth in the Digital Native & Emerging Markets segment. You'll leverage your sales, negotiation, and leadership skills to sell Confluent solutions to leading companies. This role requires a proven track record in a value-driven sales model.
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in complex and high-stakes environments, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Your experience includes prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and developing a robust sales pipeline, demonstrating your ability to drive revenue growth effectively. You possess excellent negotiation skills and a consumption/growth mentality, allowing you to engage with clients at the C-Level and articulate the value of Confluent's offerings. You thrive in collaborative environments, valuing teamwork and open communication, and you are committed to continuous learning and improvement.
Experience in the technology sector, particularly with data streaming or cloud solutions, is a plus. Familiarity with the competitive landscape and the ability to position Confluent's solutions effectively against competitors will enhance your success in this role. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of large accounts, ensuring that you meet the diverse needs of your clients.
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Confluent, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in our large, complex accounts. You will proactively prospect and develop a sales pipeline while continuing to grow consumption in existing customer accounts.
