Overview

Microsoft is seeking a Business Program Manager to support the Customer Experience and Success organization. You'll drive operational excellence and governance within the Delivery Partner Strategy & Management team. This role requires strong organizational and strategic skills.

Who you are

You have a strong background in business operations, ideally with experience in managing programs that enhance customer experiences. Your ability to drive cross-company alignment and execution is key to ensuring that customer expectations are consistently exceeded. You understand the importance of governance and timely execution in operational roles, and you thrive in environments that require collaboration across various teams.

You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, which enable you to manage multiple priorities effectively. Your experience in working with diverse teams allows you to cultivate a foundation of trust and partnership, essential for empowering delivery partners. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a large organization like Microsoft, ensuring that all operational aspects align with the company's vision.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector, particularly with cloud services, is a plus. Familiarity with AI transformation initiatives will help you contribute to the ongoing efforts within the Global Customer Success organization. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage the demands of a role that requires both strategic thinking and operational execution.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the operational anchor for the Delivery Partner Strategy & Management team, ensuring that all processes are governed effectively. You will be responsible for the timely execution of various initiatives that support customer success on the Microsoft Cloud. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and enhance the overall customer experience.

You will work closely with delivery partners to ensure they are equipped to provide a consistent and differentiated customer experience. This includes developing and implementing strategies that align with the Customer Experience and Success organization's vision. You will also monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies, making adjustments as necessary to meet evolving customer needs.

Your responsibilities will include managing operational workflows, tracking performance metrics, and reporting on the success of various initiatives. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative solutions that drive business value.
