GitLab is seeking a Scale Ecosystem Sales Manager to drive partner engagement and growth across EMEA. This role focuses on building a strong partner ecosystem to support customer needs and expand GitLab's market presence.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales and business development, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on building and managing partner ecosystems. Your experience includes working with complex customer requirements and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive growth. You understand the importance of AI in enhancing productivity and are eager to incorporate it into your sales strategies. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating GitLab's mission and value proposition to potential partners and customers alike.

Desirable

Experience in the DevSecOps space or familiarity with software development processes would be beneficial. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage and grow GitLab's partner ecosystem across EMEA.
