Netflix is seeking an HR Program Manager to lead strategic HR projects that drive business impact for the Tech HR team. You'll leverage data-driven insights and exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders and deliver results. This role requires strong project management and data analysis skills.
You have a strong background in HR program management, with experience leading cross-functional projects that drive business impact. Your ability to analyze and synthesize people and organizational data allows you to uncover insights that inform recommendations and drive the HR agenda. You possess exceptional communication skills, enabling you to translate complex data into clear narratives for diverse audiences. You are adept at project management, developing project plans, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of critical HR initiatives. Your operational excellence mindset drives you to identify and implement process improvements that enhance HR functions. You understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in building stronger teams and approach these topics thoughtfully.
Experience with data-driven decision-making and advanced Excel analysis is a plus. Familiarity with HR processes and initiatives that attract, engage, and retain talent will help you excel in this role.
In this role, you will lead and support strategic HR projects that have a significant impact on the Tech HR team. You will collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner team to drive specific HR programs and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing project plans and managing timelines to ensure the successful execution of high-impact HR projects, such as the annual compensation cycle and Employee Sentiment Survey results rollout. You will analyze and synthesize people and organizational data to uncover insights that inform your recommendations and drive the HR agenda. Your ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives will enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will also identify and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence within the HR function.
