Empowerly is seeking a Webinar Growth & Revenue Marketing Manager to lead their webinar program and drive student engagement. This role requires expertise in marketing strategies and a passion for education.
You have a strong background in marketing, particularly in managing webinar programs from inception to execution. Your experience includes shaping topics, driving registrations, and delivering polished live experiences that convert interest into action. You thrive in remote environments and are passionate about making high-quality college counseling accessible to all students.
You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and enjoy translating complex workflows into reliable systems. Your ability to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates is complemented by your enthusiasm for helping families make informed decisions about education.
Experience in the ed-tech sector or familiarity with college counseling services would be a plus. You are comfortable working with various marketing tools and platforms to enhance webinar performance and reach.
In this role, you will own Empowerly's webinar program, ensuring that each session is designed to maximize engagement and lead generation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling content and marketing strategies that resonate with students and families. Your responsibilities will include analyzing webinar performance metrics to continuously improve the program and drive revenue growth.
You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of webinars, from topic selection to post-event follow-up. This includes crafting engaging presentations, coordinating with speakers, and utilizing marketing channels to promote the events effectively. You will also work closely with the sales team to ensure that leads generated from webinars are nurtured and converted into enrolled families.
