PointClickCare is hiring a Manager of Account Development Representatives to lead the ADR team in executing demand generation strategies. This role requires strong leadership and sales management skills.
You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience in leading teams focused on demand generation. You understand the nuances of inbound and outbound sales strategies and are adept at setting and achieving sales activity targets. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and accountability among team members, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the overall sales goals.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey expectations and motivate your team. You are data-driven, using metrics to guide your decision-making and to track the performance of your team. Your ability to analyze sales data helps you identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that drive lead conversion.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities. Your experience in managing sales pipelines and generating leads will be crucial in this role. You are passionate about developing your team and helping them achieve their professional goals.
