Overview

Amazon is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to support local sellers' success and growth on Amazon's global marketplaces. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to drive efficiency and productivity. This role requires strong program management and communication skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to build trust with stakeholders is exceptional, and you thrive in environments that require quick learning and adaptability. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving abilities, allowing you to tackle complex challenges effectively. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to convey complex analytical results clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally. You are self-motivated and passionate about delivering the best results for customers, even in ambiguous situations.

Desirable

Experience in e-commerce or global selling platforms is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques will help you in identifying root causes and devising effective solutions. A background in project management methodologies will also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in the Asia Global Selling Existing Seller Management team. Your primary responsibility will be to support local businesses in their journey to sell on Amazon’s international marketplaces. You will manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously, ensuring that each initiative drives greater efficiency and productivity. You will work hands-on with various stakeholders, providing critical support and solutions that are scalable and maintainable. Your role will involve analyzing seller performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance seller success. You will also be responsible for communicating insights and recommendations to both internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all levels.
