What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Government Affairs, you will serve as SoFi's primary representative in direct engagement with the U.S. Congress and the Administration. Your role will involve developing sophisticated advocacy strategies to educate policymakers on SoFi's initiatives and priorities. You will manage a portfolio of relationships with key external organizations, ensuring that SoFi's voice is heard in critical discussions. Collaborating closely with the Senior Manager of Public Policy, you will provide internal policy support and analysis to ensure that advocacy efforts are well-informed and strategic.

You will lead efforts to monitor legislative developments and assess their potential impact on SoFi and its members. This includes preparing briefing materials, position papers, and other communications to support advocacy initiatives. You will also represent SoFi at industry events and forums, enhancing the company's visibility and influence in the policy arena. Your ability to engage with diverse stakeholders will be crucial in building coalitions that support SoFi's objectives.
