In this role, you will be responsible for executing internal payment integrity solutions that require your billing and coding expertise. You will perform line-by-line reviews of claims to ensure they are paid accurately and in a timely manner. Your work will involve leveraging a deep understanding of Oscar's claim infrastructure and workflows to identify areas for improvement. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to translate their feedback into actionable opportunities for enhancing the payment integrity process. You will report to the Manager of Payment Integrity and participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and improvements. Your contributions will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of Oscar's claims processing.
Oscar offers a competitive salary range of $79,920 - $104,895 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package. You will have the opportunity to participate in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and be eligible for annual performance bonuses. The work environment is hybrid, requiring three days of in-office work per week, with Thursdays designated for team meetings.
