Deel is seeking an Equity Tax Counsel to support their global payroll and HR platform. You'll be involved in compliance and legal matters related to equity compensation. This role requires expertise in tax law and equity compensation structures.
You have a strong background in tax law, particularly in relation to equity compensation. Your experience includes advising on compliance matters and navigating complex regulatory environments. You understand the intricacies of international tax implications and are adept at providing legal guidance to support business operations.
