You have 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong background in building and deploying machine learning models that drive business impact. You are proficient in Python and have hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, enabling you to develop cutting-edge solutions for complex problems.

Your expertise extends to data analysis, where you are comfortable working with both structured and unstructured data. You understand the importance of data quality and are skilled in feature engineering and model evaluation, ensuring that the models you build are robust and reliable.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Software Engineers. What you'll do

In this role, you will work with the Supply & Insights Data and AI team to develop and improve machine learning models that enhance the Host and Guest experience on Airbnb. You will collaborate with Data Scientists and other ML Engineers to identify opportunities for leveraging data and machine learning to drive insights and business value.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing and implementing machine learning algorithms, conducting experiments to validate model performance, and iterating on solutions based on feedback and results. You will also be responsible for building data pipelines that ensure the availability of high-quality data for model training and evaluation.

You will engage with various stakeholders across the organization, including Product Engineering and Strategic Finance, to understand their needs and translate them into actionable machine learning solutions. Your work will directly impact Airbnb's ability to remain competitive in the marketplace by providing valuable insights to hosts and guests alike.
