Deliveroo is seeking a Rider Compliance Representative to manage the onboarding and compliance processes for new riders. You'll ensure a smooth onboarding experience and maintain compliance with local laws. This role requires strong attention to detail and operational skills.

In this role, you will report to the Rider Onboarding and Compliance Team Lead(s) and work closely with the wider Rider Operations and Compliance teams. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire rider lifecycle, from onboarding new applicants to maintaining compliance for active riders. You will manage key stages of the onboarding process, ensuring that applicants have a positive experience as they transition into Deliveroo riders. Additionally, you will proactively maintain compliance pipelines to minimize rider downtime and ensure adherence to local laws. Your role will involve monitoring pipeline pacing to meet supply needs across various markets, requiring you to be detail-oriented and organized.
Deliveroo offers a hybrid working policy, allowing you to work three days in the office and two days from home. You will have the opportunity to work full-time in the London office, contributing to a team that plays a crucial role in the company's operations. The role may involve different shift possibilities, including some weekend work every 6-8 weeks.
