You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the enterprise sector, with experience managing large accounts and navigating complex sales cycles. You understand the importance of identity solutions in business security and growth, and you are passionate about helping organizations leverage technology to enhance their operations. Your ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients is paramount, as you will be working with some of the largest multinational organizations in the DACH region. You are a lifelong learner, always seeking to improve your skills and knowledge in the field of identity management and sales strategies. Experience in the identity management or cybersecurity space is a plus, as is familiarity with Okta's products and services. You may have a background in technology sales or a related field, which will help you understand the technical aspects of the solutions you are selling. A strong network within the enterprise sector will also be beneficial as you look to expand your client base and drive growth.
As a Large Enterprise Account Executive at Okta, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies for your assigned territory. You will go to market as an expert on both our Workforce and Customer identity cloud offerings, establishing a vision and plan for each account. Your role will involve building thorough account plans that detail customer strategies, financials, pains, objectives, and stakeholders. You will proactively drive your own top-of-funnel activity through various channels, including Inmails, events, and networking opportunities. Your ability to identify whitespace opportunities and manage complex sales processes will be crucial as you work to secure new business and expand existing accounts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met and that you are delivering value at every stage of the sales process.
