Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to work closely with top customers, advising on how to customize their IoT solutions. This role requires strong collaboration across multiple teams and a focus on customer needs.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. You excel at building relationships and understanding customer needs, ensuring they receive maximum value from the products and services offered. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to bridge gaps and facilitate solutions. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for customer growth and are skilled at managing expectations and delivering results. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales, support, and product teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention. You are passionate about technology and its potential to transform operations, particularly in industries reliant on physical operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the customer journey post-implementation, ensuring that clients are successfully onboarded and fully utilizing Samsara's platform. You will conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify any challenges they may face. By understanding their unique operations and goals, you will provide tailored advice on how to leverage Samsara's solutions effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to advocate for customer needs and drive enhancements to the platform. Your role will involve analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions to help customers maximize their use of the platform. Your insights will contribute to the overall strategy for customer success and retention.
