CloudWalk is seeking a Government Affairs professional to expand its institutional presence in Brasília. You'll engage with regulators and policymakers to strengthen relationships and represent the company in key legislative forums. This role requires strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
You are a relationship-driven professional with a strong network in the Brazilian financial ecosystem. You possess excellent institutional presence and regulatory sensibility, allowing you to navigate complex interactions with regulators and policymakers effectively. Your strategic mindset enables you to identify opportunities for CloudWalk to engage meaningfully with key stakeholders. You have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership, ensuring that the company maintains a proactive and informed voice in policy discussions.
Experience in government affairs or public policy within the financial sector is a plus. Familiarity with the regulatory landscape in Brazil and established connections with industry associations will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
In this role, you will act as a key ambassador for CloudWalk, leading legislative and regulatory engagement efforts. You will strengthen the company's representation with Banco Central do Brasil and other regulatory bodies, ensuring that CloudWalk's interests are well-represented in public hearings, consultations, and working groups. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with federal legislative bodies and industry associations, enhancing regulatory intelligence, and advocating for policies that support CloudWalk's mission. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align on strategic objectives and ensure that the company is well-prepared for regulatory discussions.
