Cloudbeds is seeking an Onboarding Coach to transform hospitality through their software platform. You'll work with a remote team to support hoteliers in enhancing their operations. This role requires strong communication and coaching skills.

You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner. As an Onboarding Coach at Cloudbeds, you will guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to utilize the platform effectively. You will conduct training sessions, both one-on-one and in groups, to help clients maximize their use of the software. You will work closely with the product and support teams to address any client concerns and provide feedback for product improvements. Your role will involve creating and maintaining onboarding materials and resources to enhance the client experience. You will track client progress and success metrics, adjusting your approach as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention. You will also collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
