What you'll do

As an Area Manager I, Fulfillment at HelloFresh, you will oversee the strategic operations within the functional areas of receiving, shipping, fulfillment, storage, and distribution of goods. You will direct activities and provide coaching and guidance to associates and leads, ensuring maximum productivity throughout the fulfillment process. You will work closely with management to complete company directives and ensure compliance with all safety, GMP, and SQF policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include managing essential warehouse functions, performing internal audits, and creating and implementing processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. You will interact with procurement to ensure an adequate supply of inventory and ingredients, addressing any nonconformities from audits and following up on preventive and corrective action requests. You will play a key role in shaping the operational success of the fulfillment center, contributing to HelloFresh's mission of disrupting the traditional food supply chain.
