You possess excellent storytelling skills, allowing you to craft compelling narratives that connect with diverse audiences. You are data-driven, using insights to inform your decisions and optimize marketing performance. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a mission-driven company.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the marketing strategy for Chime’s lending and credit-building products, ensuring that they meet the needs of millions of members. You will analyze member insights and competitive intelligence to develop effective marketing campaigns that drive product adoption and engagement. Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, you will ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with product development and business objectives. You will craft positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with both consumers and PR audiences, enhancing Chime's brand presence in the market. Your role will involve building and maintaining product marketing playbooks, ensuring that all marketing materials are up-to-date and effective. You will also track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies and optimize in-market performance. Your influence will extend across the organization as you partner with various teams to drive measurable business impact.

What we offer

Chime offers a competitive salary range starting at $103,680 and going up to $180,600, depending on experience and location.
