You have a proven track record in field marketing, particularly in the technology sector, with at least 5 years of experience developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue growth. Your ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams is essential, as you will work closely with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. You are data-driven and understand how to measure the success of marketing campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to engage with customers and prospects effectively through various marketing channels. Experience in the CEMEA region is a plus, as is familiarity with data streaming technologies. A background in B2B marketing and a strong understanding of the sales process will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable using marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage campaigns and track performance metrics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the Field Marketing plan for the CEMEA region, ensuring that it aligns with sales priorities and revenue goals. You will develop targeted campaigns and high-touch field marketing activities that engage customers and prospects, ultimately driving pipeline generation and accelerating pipeline velocity. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams, including the partner organization, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and the Demand Generation Centre of Excellence, to create cohesive marketing strategies that resonate with your audience. You will analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future marketing efforts. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing budgets and resources effectively to maximize the impact of your marketing initiatives.
