Block is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and inspire a remote team of Account Executives in the fintech space. You'll drive revenue growth and optimize sales processes. This role requires 3-5 years of inside sales management experience.
You have 3–5+ years of inside sales management experience, leading quota-carrying Account Executives. You have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through clear KPIs and metrics. Your leadership style is hands-on, and you thrive in building processes and coaching talent to achieve excellence. You understand the importance of data-driven insights and use them to track performance and implement strategic improvements. You are passionate about creating a culture that celebrates performance, grit, and growth, and you enjoy empowering your team with trust and accountability.
Experience in fintech or a similar fast-paced industry is a plus. Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to strengthen the go-to-market motion. Your ability to hire, train, and promote top talent will contribute to building a high-performing sales organization.
In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing remote team of Account Executives focused on full-cycle selling. You will drive predictable revenue growth through clear KPIs, metrics, and consistent quota achievement. Your responsibilities will include hiring, training, and promoting top talent while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will coach your team for excellence through live call participation, one-on-ones, and data-backed feedback. Additionally, you will create scalable processes to optimize pipeline management and forecasting accuracy. You will partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations to strengthen our go-to-market motion and use data-driven insights to track performance and implement strategic improvements.
