Unanet is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building. You'll utilize Salesforce and other tools to track leads and support the sales team. This role is ideal for those looking to start their career in sales.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with prospects through various channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying customer needs and crafting targeted messaging that resonates with potential clients.
Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, is a plus, as it will help you track leads and manage your outreach efforts effectively. Familiarity with the business development process and a basic understanding of sales strategies will also be beneficial as you navigate your new role.
In your role as a Business Development Representative, you will generate a pipeline of sales opportunities through proactive outreach to prospects. This will involve cold calling and strategic email campaigns to educate the market on the value of Unanet's solutions. You will identify customer needs and requirements, promoting and positioning the value of our offerings to potential clients. As you develop expertise in the business development process, you will seamlessly transfer qualified sales opportunities to designated Account Executives for further engagement.
You will also be responsible for researching and qualifying leads, tracking your sales activities in Salesforce, and developing relationships internally to sharpen your sales skills. Your first 90 days will involve comprehensive onboarding, where you will become familiar with our products and the industries we serve, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed in your role.
