Deliveroo is seeking a Manager of B2B Marketing Operations to oversee the execution of their B2B Partner communication strategy. You'll work closely with internal teams to optimize campaign planning and execution. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in marketing operations.
You have a strong background in marketing operations, ideally with experience in B2B communications. You understand the importance of delivering the right message to the right audience at the right time, and you have a knack for optimizing processes to achieve this. Your experience includes managing marketing calendars and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. You are detail-oriented and can balance multiple priorities effectively, ensuring that business goals are met while maintaining high-quality communications.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams. Your ability to surface and resolve trade-off decisions is key to ensuring maximum business impact from marketing initiatives. You are also comfortable integrating internal communications with external messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels. In this role, you will manage the execution of Deliveroo’s B2B Partner communication strategy. You will oversee the B2B marketing calendar, working closely with relevant internal teams to plan, schedule, QA, and deliver a variety of communications across multiple channels. Your focus will be on optimizing campaign planning and execution to balance the needs of strategy, business goals, and frequency. You will surface and resolve trade-off decisions to ensure smooth campaign execution and maximum business impact.
You will also integrate and oversee the execution of internal communications that are sent to Deliveroo frontline teams, aligning them with those sent externally to partners. Your contributions will be vital in defining and embedding a wider approach to commercial enablement, supporting the development of a market-leading proposition for all of Deliveroo's restaurant and retail partners.
