You understand the importance of collaboration and communication, working closely with sales and customer experience teams to drive success in the SEMEA region. You are adaptable and open to developing new go-to-market strategies that align with the company's goals. You are fluent in French, which allows you to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders in the region. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable managing teams across different locations.

Desirable

Experience in the open-source software industry is a plus, as is familiarity with observability tools and strategies. You have a strong understanding of customer needs and can translate those into actionable strategies for your team. You are passionate about innovation and are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.

What you'll do

As the Manager of Solutions Engineering, you will be responsible for all aspects of building and managing a team of Solution Engineers. You will collaborate with sales leaders to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies tailored to the SEMEA region. Your role will involve overseeing the regional build-out and ensuring that your team is equipped to meet customer needs effectively. You will work closely with your Customer Experience counterparts to ensure a seamless integration of solutions into client operations. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement. Regularly, you will assess team performance and implement strategies to enhance productivity and engagement. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Grafana Labs in the SEMEA region, driving innovation and excellence in solutions engineering.
