What you'll do

As the Associate Manager of Compliance at Coinbase, you will lead the Compliance team within Customer Experience, ensuring that best practices are developed and delivered across multiple customer segments. You will execute Compliance controls in alignment with Coinbase’s BSA/AML program, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. You will also be involved in developing strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of compliance operations, while fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
