Who you are

You are an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in building and scaling sales teams, particularly in the SMB market. With at least 5 years of experience in sales management, you understand the nuances of digital and inside sales strategies. You possess a strategic mindset combined with operational rigor, allowing you to design effective sales processes that drive predictable revenue. Your hands-on leadership style inspires your team to achieve high performance and exceed targets.

You have a deep understanding of the sales landscape, particularly in the payment and software service industry. You are adept at leveraging data to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders ensures alignment across teams and drives collaborative success. You are passionate about empowering small businesses and understand the challenges they face in a competitive market.

Desirable

Experience in the payment services sector or with technology solutions for small businesses is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms will enhance your ability to lead effectively. A background in digital marketing or customer acquisition strategies will also be beneficial as you work to drive growth in this role.
