Who you are

You are a motivated individual aged between 16 to 22 years, eager to start your career in logistics. You have completed or are currently pursuing your high school education and are ready to embrace a hands-on learning experience in a dynamic environment. You are open to receiving both theoretical and practical training, which will help you develop essential skills for your future career.

You may not have prior experience in logistics or similar programs, but you possess a strong willingness to learn and grow. You are a resident of Cajamar or nearby areas such as Jundiaí, Santana do Parnaíba, or Franco da Rocha, making you well-suited for this opportunity. You are prepared to work on-site and engage fully in the learning process.

What you'll do

As a Programa Jovem Aprendiz in Logistics at Amazon, you will have the opportunity to learn about all activities within the distribution center. You will participate in various training sessions designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary for a successful career in logistics. Over the course of 15 months, you will gain practical experience that will enhance your resume and prepare you for future job opportunities.

You will be involved in daily operations, assisting with tasks that contribute to the efficiency of the distribution center. This role will allow you to understand the logistics process from start to finish, providing you with a comprehensive view of how a distribution center operates.
