Who you are

You have a strong background in sourcing and supply chain management, ideally with experience in logistics procurement. Your excellent communication skills enable you to maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate procurement strategies. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to travel as needed. Your finance acumen and auditing skills are crucial for managing contracts and pricing effectively.

You understand the importance of cost-effective processes and are skilled in negotiating supplier contracts and pricing templates. Your attention to detail ensures that all business documents, including RFPs and MSAs, are thoroughly reviewed before awarding contracts. You are proactive in driving continual cost reduction initiatives and have experience conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with suppliers to ensure accountability and timely completion of actions.

What you'll do

As a Global Sourcing & Supply Manager at Apple, you will be responsible for the commercial and spend management of the EMEIA Distribution Centre Supplier sites. You will work cross-functionally with Apple Logistics operations to drive cost-effective processes against contractual commitments and pricing terms. Your role will involve the qualification, selection, and contracting of DC Services that support EMEIA operations, ensuring that all contracts and pricing are agreed upon before onboarding new business.

You will act as the point of escalation for any impacts to commercial and contractual agreements, ensuring that all parties are informed and that issues are resolved promptly. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining suppliers in Supplier Ninja for all EMEIA DCs and driving continual cost reduction and avoidance initiatives as required from within the global team. You will collaborate closely with regional business leaders to align procurement strategies with logistics objectives, ensuring that Apple’s supply chain remains efficient and effective.
