Overview

Esri is hiring a Senior Process Improvement Consultant to lead and deliver transformational improvements within the organization. You'll leverage your expertise in process design and mentoring to drive advanced initiatives. This role requires strong leadership and consulting skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in process improvement, ideally with a background in consulting or operations management. Your expertise allows you to identify and implement transformational changes that align with organizational goals. You are a master practitioner in process improvement methodologies, capable of mentoring colleagues and leading complex projects. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at building consensus among diverse stakeholders. Your analytical skills enable you to model and redesign complex business processes effectively, ensuring measurable improvements.

Desirable

Experience with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile is a plus. Familiarity with advanced process improvement tools and techniques will enhance your ability to deliver impactful results. You are comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams and have a track record of fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design, launch, and continuous improvement of new process improvement services, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization. You will serve as a lead consultant on complex projects, providing expert guidance and mentorship to team members. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and redesigning business processes, leveraging advanced tools to deliver measurable improvements. You will actively participate in the Community of Practice, sharing knowledge and facilitating workshops to drive the adoption of process improvement methodologies. Additionally, you will manage stakeholder relationships, advocating for process improvement initiatives and facilitating buy-in for transformational change.
