You will review incoming reports regarding sellers and products based on standardized SOPs, ensuring that all claims are thoroughly examined. You will take necessary actions based on these evaluations and reflect them in the system, maintaining accurate records of seller interactions and compliance checks. Your role will also involve communicating with sellers through designated online channels, providing them with the support they need to succeed on the platform.
