Overview

Givebutter is seeking a Customer Support Chat Specialist to assist users via chat and email. You'll support a diverse range of nonprofits and educational institutions. This role requires a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude who enjoys helping others. You thrive in a customer support environment and have the ability to anticipate the needs of users. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to effectively respond to inquiries from current and prospective users and donors. You understand the importance of providing excellent service and are committed to making a positive impact in the nonprofit sector. You are comfortable working remotely and can manage your time effectively to meet the demands of the role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries from users and donors through chat and email. You will assist a wide range of nonprofits, from small organizations to large educational institutions and Fortune 500 companies. Your primary focus will be on providing timely and accurate information to help users navigate the Givebutter platform. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the overall customer experience by identifying common issues and suggesting improvements to the support process. Collaboration with other team members will be essential as you work together to enhance user satisfaction and support fundraising efforts.
