Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to ensure that the strategy aligns with Amazon's overall goals and customer expectations. You will lead initiatives that explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance the shopping experience, ensuring that Amazon remains at the forefront of retail innovation. You will also be responsible for monitoring industry trends and competitor strategies, using this information to refine and adapt Amazon's approach to shopping. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to report on progress and gather feedback, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
