Figma is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the VP of Sales and Senior Directors across EMEA. You'll manage calendars, travel, and assist with team operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You have experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple calendars and prioritize tasks effectively. You understand the importance of confidentiality and are comfortable acting as a gatekeeper for internal policies. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy fostering team cohesion through your support. You are detail-oriented, ensuring that all communications and documents are polished and professional. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for process optimization and are comfortable using various tools to enhance team workflows.
In this role, you will assist the VP of Sales and Senior Directors with calendar management, travel arrangements, and various administrative tasks. You will serve as a partner to the leadership team, focusing on operations and planning to ensure smooth team dynamics. Your responsibilities will include preparing presentations and key documents, as well as managing expenses and purchase orders. You will also be tasked with finding opportunities for process improvements across the team and company workflows. Your role is crucial in supporting the sales leadership team as they expand their operations across Northern Europe, Southern EMEA, and the DACH regions. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in all interactions, representing the leadership team effectively.
