Overview

Microsoft is seeking a Senior Customer Program Manager to join the Copilot Agents + Platform Ecosystem team in Redmond. You'll be responsible for delivering Copilot extensibility and collaborating with enterprise customers to drive successful outcomes. Who you are

You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in customer-facing roles. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers is key, as you will understand their business needs and implementation challenges. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering and field teams to ensure successful customer outcomes. You possess technical expertise that allows you to bridge the gap between customer experience and engineering, enabling you to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

You are adaptable and can work in fast-paced environments, demonstrating agility in your approach to program management. Your experience includes scenario development and solution envisioning, which are essential for showcasing Copilot solutions to customers. You are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to unblock customer adoption of new technologies.

Desirable

Experience with AI or machine learning technologies would be a plus, as well as familiarity with extensibility-based solutions. A background in software engineering or technical project management can enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are comfortable with rapid iteration and can pivot quickly based on customer feedback and changing requirements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will qualify, develop, and maintain relationships with a portfolio of enterprise customers. You will engage in regular product briefings and roadmap sessions to communicate the value of Copilot agents and extensibility. Your responsibilities will include leading discovery and envisioning activities to identify opportunities for customer engagement and adoption. You will work closely with engineering teams to drive the realization of Copilot solutions, ensuring that customer feedback is integrated into product development.

You will be responsible for managing the customer experience throughout the implementation process, addressing any challenges that arise and providing solutions to unblock adoption. Your role will require you to stay informed about the latest Copilot features and capabilities, allowing you to effectively advocate for customers and represent their needs within the organization. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategic initiatives and drive successful outcomes for customers.
