[Job -26861] Senior Backend Developer (.Net 8)

Who you are

You are a seasoned backend engineer with over 5 years of experience in building scalable production systems. Your expertise lies in C# and .NET 8 or higher, and you have a strong understanding of microservices architecture and clean coding principles. You are proficient in working with relational databases such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB. Your experience includes using Dapper or Entity Framework for complex queries, and you are comfortable with Docker for development and deployment processes.

You have a solid grasp of GitFlow and are skilled in creating unit tests in C# using frameworks like xUnit or nUnit. Your knowledge extends to Domain-Driven Design (DDD), dependency injection, and SOLID principles, which you apply in your daily work. You are familiar with CI/CD practices, preferably using Azure DevOps, and have experience developing REST APIs with a focus on security and maturity. Additionally, you have a basic understanding of event-driven applications and messaging systems, such as Azure Service Bus.

Your technical English is at an intermediate level, allowing you to read and write technical documentation effectively. You are committed to meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables, and you possess the ability to review code and provide constructive feedback to your peers.

Desirable

While not mandatory, experience with additional technical tools and frameworks will be considered a plus. You are someone who thrives in collaborative environments and values the importance of both technical and non-technical communication.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of robust backend solutions that support critical applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable APIs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and security. Your day-to-day tasks will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to uphold quality standards across the team.

You will engage in the full software development lifecycle, from initial design through deployment and monitoring. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our applications, and you will be expected to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our systems.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
