Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in user experience design, with a focus on creating intuitive and engaging interfaces that enhance user satisfaction. You understand the importance of user research and can translate findings into actionable design solutions. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs. You are open to feedback and continuously seek to improve your skills and knowledge in the field of UX design.

Desirable

You will conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of athletes, coaches, and families, translating these insights into design solutions that enhance usability and engagement. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with the overall product vision. Your work will directly impact the way users interact with our products, ensuring they are intuitive and effective in helping teams stay organized and sharp.

You will also participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the design team. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall design strategy and advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
