Overview

Dataiku is seeking a Technical Account Manager to manage strategic client relationships and ensure successful engagement with their AI platform. You'll work closely with the Customer Success team to define priorities and deliverables. This role requires strong technical communication skills and experience in client-facing positions.

Who you are

You have a strong background in technical account management, ideally with experience in AI or analytics platforms. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart. You thrive in client-facing roles and are adept at managing relationships with strategic clients, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining a focus on technical excellence.

You are comfortable navigating challenging customer situations, whether in high-stakes meetings with CTOs or collaborating with client admins on technical details. Your organizational skills allow you to keep a tight watch over the technical aspects of your accounts, ensuring that all milestones are met and that clients are satisfied with the services provided.

Desirable

Experience with AI technologies or analytics platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with customer success methodologies. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and risks, and you have a knack for turning challenges into opportunities for growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the Customer Success team to identify both near and long-term priorities for your clients. You will define engagement plans that align with these priorities and manage milestones in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager. Regular status updates will be part of your routine, as you proactively identify and mitigate any issues or risks that may arise.

You will centralize technical information about your clients, contributing to the overall account strategy alongside other team members. Your role will also involve contributing to the growth and scalability of the Field Engineering team through robust documentation and continuous process improvement. You will play a key role in ensuring that your clients are not only satisfied but also empowered to leverage the full capabilities of Dataiku's platform.
