Are you passionate about building innovative solutions that drive marketing automation and enhance customer engagement? The AB Marketing Team is looking for a Salesforce Developer to help shape the future of our marketing technology stack!
In this role, you'll develop and enhance applications, automate key business processes, and integrate Salesforce with a variety of marketing platforms. While Salesforce will be your primary focus, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn and support other critical systems, such as Pardot. You’ll work with the latest technologies, including Amazon Connect, 6Sesne, and AWS Services, to create scalable, high-performing solutions.
As a key contributor, you’ll help define coding standards, implement best practices, and continuously refine our development approach. Your work will directly impact global marketing operations, enabling seamless customer interactions and data-driven decision-making.
Key job responsibilities
* Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning.
* Work with the Lightning Framework, building dynamic components and leveraging the Salesforce Lightning Design System.
* Design and implement Service Cloud solutions within an Agile development environment.
* Drive custom development and integrations across Salesforce and third-party platforms.
* Build scalable solutions using Visualforce, Apex, Web Services, and APIs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams to enhance and maintain Salesforce applications.
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring seamless user experiences.
* Research and apply Salesforce best practices to enhance system performance and scalability.
* Contribute to technical discussions, influencing smart decisions around configuration vs. custom development.
* Implement CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment processes.
Basic Qualifications
* Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust).
* Strong familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
* Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
* 3+ years of professional software development experience (excluding internships).
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with distributed systems at scale.
* A passion for solving complex technical challenges and optimizing performance.
* Hands-on experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
