What you'll do

As the Head of Legal Operations at Patreon, you will own and scale the legal operations function, ensuring that the team supports the company's growth effectively. You will lead efforts to optimize contract workflows, working closely with the Commercial Legal Team to streamline processes and enhance collaboration across departments. Your role will involve implementing and managing legal technology solutions, including AI tools, to improve efficiency and accuracy in legal operations. You will also be responsible for developing metrics to measure the effectiveness of legal operations and making recommendations for improvements based on data analysis. You will partner with FinOps and other stakeholders to ensure that legal considerations are integrated into business decisions. Additionally, you will mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the legal operations function.
