Varicent is seeking an HR Business Partner to support employees and leaders across Mexico and the broader LATAM region. You'll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between HR practices and business needs. Experience in a tech or SaaS environment is preferred.
You are an experienced HR Business Partner with a strategic mindset, ready to support employees and leaders across Mexico and the broader LATAM region. You have a strong understanding of HR practices and local regulations, ensuring that the needs of the business align with effective HR strategies. Your background in a tech, SaaS, or product-driven environment equips you with the insights necessary to navigate the unique challenges of this sector. You excel in building relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to managers located in various global locations, including the U.S. and Canada.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Your ability to analyze and interpret data helps you make informed decisions that drive employee engagement and performance. You are passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and are committed to supporting the growth and development of employees.
