Job Description

As Sr PM of Last Mile Network Design within our Long-Term Supply Chain team, you will be at the forefront of shaping our long-term network topology design for Last Mile, ensuring an end to end approach. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on program management to drive innovations into our network design. You will be responsible for defining the mid to long-term Last Mile topology plan for Mx network, partnering with Central Teams to scale defined solutions.

This role will be responsible for communicating and driving solutions on our current network to solve for expected demand based on Customer Experience (Speed + Inventory Placement), Processing Capacity and Cost. This role will collaborate with Central Teams to get the right tools and continuous benchmark. Additionally, the role will drive communication to get Sr Leadership signoff with the official long-term planning mechanisms. The role requires working with Supply Chain experts, Tech teams, Ops Managers, Design Engineers, Finance Partners and Analytics teams to design the optimal end to end network topology. This highly visible position requires someone who can think strategically while executing tactically.

You'll be responsible for developing comprehensive business cases, securing resources, and maintaining alignment across multiple stakeholder groups.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in complex environments and can navigate ambiguity while delivering concrete results that impact Amazon's global operations.

Key job responsibilities
• Lead the mid to long-term network design for Last Mile (Delivery Stations + Hubs + Sub Same Day locations) for MX by managing long term goals.
• Define the best topology for MX considering impacts on Customer Experience, Cost and Storage/ Processing Capacity.
• Collaborate with Central ECCF team to get support with optimization tools and continuous benchmarking.
• Collaborate with Consumer Teams to get the best possible inputs on mid to long-term demand projection with the adequate granularity.
• Provide answers to critical strategic questions regarding the facilities to build, type of facility, location, flows projection (IB/ OB, Inventory) and the connection of our Network (First to Last Mile).
• Proactively identify and solve any potential risk/ bottleneck on our capacity leveraging on official mechanisms.
• Drive ongoing communication with stakeholders.

- 6+ years of supply chain experience
- 6+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
- 6+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of long-term network design.
- English Proficiency.- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience with SQL
