Your technical skills encompass a wide range of cloud technologies, including AWS, which you have utilized to optimize infrastructure and improve service delivery. You understand the complexities of managing public cloud environments and have experience implementing best practices for reliability and security. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders makes you a valuable asset in any organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead Kaseya's global infrastructure, network, and public cloud engineering teams, ensuring that our systems are reliable, scalable, and secure. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance our infrastructure's performance and reliability, while also managing operational budgets and resources effectively.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and software engineering, to align infrastructure capabilities with business goals. Your insights will drive decisions on technology investments and improvements, ensuring that Kaseya remains at the forefront of IT infrastructure management.

As a leader, you will establish and maintain best practices for incident management, capacity planning, and disaster recovery. You will also oversee the development of monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact customers.

Your role will involve regular communication with executive leadership, providing updates on infrastructure performance and strategic initiatives. You will advocate for the needs of your teams and ensure that they have the resources and support necessary to succeed.
