You have experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, where you've successfully collaborated with leadership teams to enhance employee engagement and drive organizational effectiveness. Desirable

Experience in a fintech or tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with talent management and performance improvement strategies. You may also have a background in organizational change management, which will help you navigate the complexities of a growing company.

What you'll do

As the Human Resources Business Partner at Wealthsimple, you will work closely with various leadership teams to drive initiatives that impact employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. You will provide strategic HR support to G&A functions, including Operations, Client Experience, and Brokerage/Regulatory. Your role will involve coaching leaders on best practices in talent management, performance, and culture. You will also play a key role in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported. You will be responsible for driving organizational change initiatives, helping teams adapt to new processes and structures as the company grows.
