Who you are

You have at least 1 year of closing sales experience, demonstrating unmatched consultative selling and closing skills. You are fluent in both German and English, allowing you to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients. Your ability to quickly identify challenges faced by prospective customers enables you to discover the best inbound marketing solutions tailored to their needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment, nurturing relationships with highly qualified opportunities and internal stakeholders to drive new business growth. You are comfortable running online demos of HubSpot software, showcasing its value proposition to potential clients. Your proactive approach to outreach strategies ensures that you consistently close new business at or above quota level.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take on responsibilities within the team, including coaching and onboarding new team members. You will work closely with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategies as new features and products are introduced. Your primary focus will be on small-sized businesses, where you will utilize both inbound and outbound selling strategies to find new business opportunities. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience for potential clients. Your insights and perspectives will help shape the future of HubSpot's mission, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. You will also be expected to consistently meet or exceed your sales quotas, demonstrating your effectiveness in driving business results.
