Job Description

Amazon Global Selling is a key initiative to achieve our vision to offer customers Earth’s largest selection. Amazon's Asia Global Selling Existing Seller Management (ESM) team currently seeks a results oriented Analytic Customer Success Manager who can turn data into actionable insights, and support answer strategic business questions, and learn quickly and build trust with various stakeholders in a dynamically changing environment. In this role, s/he will be a key member of the Selection Success Team, providing critical support to drive greater efficiency, productivity, consistency, scalability, and impact.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ownership of end-to-end analytics development to complex questions and you’ll play an integral role in strategic decision making.
- Have deep expertise in analytic view of business questions, building up & refining metrics framework to measure business operation and translating data into meaningful insights.
- Cross analysis with in-depth Seller learning under each profile through wokring with Account Managers/Selling Partners to generate business insights to help Sellers grow.
- Co-work with multiple stakeholder / business teams to develop new business initiatives and translate into execution.



Key job responsibilities
- Develop Product/Program Master plan for ESM, and build implementation plan.
- Deliver business dive deep and risk management.
- Build ESM PoV, to drive global/ multi-functional/ ESM level influence.

About the team
ESM- FBA/CtS CSM team aims to provide solutions to optimize seller experience and cost.- Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- - 5+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with SQL, Excel and other data tools
- - Experience with data visualization using Quicksight, or similar tools (Tableau)
- - Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
- - Experience in data automation and able to build report/dashboard through automation tools
- - Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs- - Experience in Python or R is a plus
