Insify is seeking a Chief of Staff to drive strategic initiatives and solve complex challenges across departments. This role requires strong leadership and operational skills to shape the future of the company.

Experience in a high-growth scale-up or startup environment is a plus. Familiarity with the insurance or fintech sectors will be beneficial, as will a background in project management or strategic operations.
As Chief of Staff, you will act as a project lead, flying into different departments to solve our most complex bottlenecks. Your mission is to move the needle on high-impact initiatives where the path forward isn't yet defined. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and other leaders to align on strategic priorities and ensure that projects are executed effectively. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies, facilitating communication across teams, and driving accountability for results. Your role will involve analyzing data to inform decision-making and providing insights that help shape the company's strategic direction.
