Robinhood is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their Global Compliance Team in Luxembourg. You'll work on compliance testing and monitoring programs to ensure security and transparency in financial operations. As a Compliance Analyst at Robinhood, you will work closely with the Manager of Testing and Monitoring and local Chief Compliance Officers to oversee and implement the compliance testing and monitoring program. Your role will involve conducting compliance assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending changes to enhance compliance practices. You will also be responsible for preparing reports on compliance activities and findings, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of compliance status and any necessary actions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key, as you will need to engage with various departments to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business. You will participate in training and awareness programs to educate employees about compliance requirements and best practices.
