What you'll do

As a Compliance Analyst at Robinhood, you will work closely with the Manager of Testing and Monitoring and local Chief Compliance Officers to oversee and implement the compliance testing and monitoring program. You will ensure that effective policies, processes, and procedures are in place to meet the company's compliance, risk, internal control, and control objectives. Your role will involve conducting compliance assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending changes to enhance compliance practices. You will also be responsible for preparing reports on compliance activities and findings, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of compliance status and any necessary actions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key, as you will need to engage with various departments to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business. You will participate in training and awareness programs to educate employees about compliance requirements and best practices. Your contributions will help Robinhood maintain its commitment to security and transparency in the rapidly evolving financial landscape.
