You understand the importance of delivering an exceptional customer experience and are committed to providing the best possible service to all inbound leads.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively articulate the Five9 value proposition through phone and email interactions. You have a knack for building relationships and developing rapport with prospects by anticipating their needs and understanding their unique environments. Your proactive approach to providing feedback on sales tools and processes contributes to the overall success of the team.

Desirable

Experience in a similar role within the tech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud contact center software. A background in sales or customer service will help you excel in this position, as will a passion for technology and innovation.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the front line for presenting Five9 to prospects, qualifying leads, and generating pipeline for our Small/Mid-size and Enterprise Sales Teams. You will engage with potential customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat, ensuring that each interaction is positive and informative. Your goal is to deliver consistently against quota, even in the face of imperfect systems and processes.

You will initiate relationships with prospects, developing rapport and understanding their unique needs. By effectively articulating the Five9 value proposition, you will help prospects see the benefits of our solutions. Your role will also involve gathering critical sales intelligence to inform future strategies and improve our approach to lead generation.

As a member of the Lead Development Team, you will collaborate closely with other sales professionals, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall performance. Your contributions will not only impact your own success but also the success of the entire sales organization.
