Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology or AI sectors, with experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Your consultative selling approach allows you to build strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and how to address them effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally with teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and measurable ROI for clients. You are driven by results and have a passion for technology, particularly in the AI space, which enables you to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience in enterprise sales, particularly within the AI or tech industry, is highly desirable. Familiarity with AI applications and their impact on business operations will set you apart. You should also have a strong understanding of the sales process and be comfortable using CRM tools to manage your pipeline and client interactions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the entire sales process for strategic enterprise clients, from initial prospecting to closing deals. You will identify and engage potential clients, understanding their business needs and how Cohere's AI solutions can address them. Your focus will be on building long-term partnerships rather than just closing deals, ensuring that clients see the value in integrating AI into their operations. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure that client needs are met and that solutions are effectively implemented.
