What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Operations Recruiters to source both volume and non-volume operations candidates, focusing on positions such as Operations Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Supply-Chain Leadership roles. You will take full responsibility for the volume of qualified candidates at the top of the funnel for each search you support. Learning the Dandy talent bar will be crucial as you identify competitive candidate profiles that align with the company's needs. You will coordinate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure candidate profile calibration and understand the specific needs of their teams. Your contributions will help build scalable processes that enhance the efficiency of the recruiting engine, allowing Dandy to continue its rapid growth in the dental industry.
