Restaurant365 is seeking a Director of Strategic Initiatives, AI to lead AI-focused product strategies across their platform. You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance product offerings for the restaurant industry. This role requires strong leadership and strategic vision.
You have a proven track record in product leadership, particularly in AI initiatives, and possess a deep understanding of how to drive strategic initiatives that align with business goals. Your experience spans multiple product pillars, allowing you to effectively manage cross-functional teams and deliver impactful results. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with product management, design, engineering, and customer experience teams to ensure that AI capabilities are seamlessly integrated into the product portfolio.
You are adept at defining and operationalizing product strategies, with a focus on unlocking measurable value for customers. Your leadership style empowers team members to excel, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You understand the restaurant industry and its unique challenges, enabling you to tailor AI solutions that meet the specific needs of restaurant operators.
Experience in SaaS product management is a plus, as is familiarity with the restaurant industry.
